Trance healing is a mediumship that brings spiritual healing directly from the divine. I channel healing energy by connecting with the spirit world through spirit guides, angels, and ascended masters.

I begin by closing my eyes, focusing on my breath, relaxing my body, and detaching myself from my thoughts. As their consciousness expands beyond the physical realm, they become aware of the spirit world.

At this point, I connect with collective consciousness, my spirit guides, angels, and ascended masters. Through this communion with the divine, I become the vessel through which spiritual healing is channeled.

All healing energies come directly from God’s source or spirit.

Step One: A 30-minute Guided Twin Hearts Meditation

We begin with a guided Twin Hearts Meditation. This meditation is truly special. It works on the physical, mental, and spiritual levels to open the heart chakra (the emotional heart) and the crown chakra (the spiritual heart), enabling you to draw a significant amount of high-quality divine energy into the crown. This meditation’s prana dramatically promotes physical and mental health and inner illumination.

This opening of the crown and the increased flow of divine energy also make inner illumination possible. After blessing the earth with spiritual energy, you meditate on OM and the gap or the stillness between the OMs for about 10 minutes. You then let go and extend that period of stillness. Meditating on the gap between the OMs and during the extended period of stillness enables you to make contact with your higher self or soul. Repeated prolonged stillness and contact with your soul produce that state of inner illumination.

Step Two: Invocation and Healing Attunement

Once we’ve finished the Twin Hearts meditation, we will call upon the Light Force of God and all of the Healing Angels to begin the Trance Healing session. The client lies quietly on a healing or massage table or sits in a chair. Once the client is comfortable, I invoke Archangel Michael for protection and call in the healing angels. This healing process can take approximately 30 minutes.

Step Three: Close Session With Gratitude

Once the healing is complete, we will offer thanks and gratitude to the Light and the Healing Angels.
