Pranic Healing^®is a highly evolved and tested system of energy medicine developed by Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, which utilizes prana to balance, harmonize, and transform the body’s energy processes. Prana is a Sanskrit word that means life force. This invisible bio-energy or vital energy keeps the body alive and maintains good health. In acupuncture, the Chinese refer to this subtle energy as Chi. It is also called Ruach or the Breath of Life in Hebrew.

Pranic Healing^®is a simple yet powerful & effective system of no-touch energy healing. It is based on the fundamental principles that the body is a self-repairing living entity that can heal itself and that the healing process is accelerated by increasing this life force that is readily available from the sun, air, and ground to address physical & emotional imbalances. Master Choa Kok Sui says, “Life Energy or prana is all around us. It is pervasive; we are actually in an ocean of Life Energy. Based on this principle, a healer can draw in Pranic Energy or Life Energy from the surroundings.”

Pranic Healing® requires no drugs, gadgets, or physical contact with the subject. Physical contact is not required because the practitioner works on the bioplasmic or energy body and not directly on the physical body. This energy body, or aura, is the mold or blueprint that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body. It is the energy body that absorbs life energy and distributes it throughout the physical body to the muscles, organs, glands, etc. Pranic Healing® works on the energy body because physical ailments first appear as energetic disruptions in the aura before manifesting as problems in the body.

Step One: A 30-minute Guided Twin Hearts Meditation

We begin with a guided Twin Hearts Meditation. This extraordinary meditation works on the physical, mental, and spiritual levels to open the heart chakra (the emotional heart) and the crown chakra (the spiritual heart), enabling you to draw a great amount of high-quality divine energy into the crown. The prana that this meditation produces greatly promotes physical and mental health and inner illumination.

This opening of the crown and the increased flow of divine energy also make possible inner illumination. After blessing the earth with spiritual power, you meditate on OM and the gap or the stillness between the OMs for about 10 minutes. You then let go and extend that period of stillness. Meditating on the gap between the OMs and during the extended period of stillness enables you to make contact with your higher self or soul. Repeated prolonged stillness and contact with your soul produce that state of inner illumination.

Step Two: 30-Minute Invocation and Healing Attunement

Once we’ve finished the Twin Hearts meditation, we will call upon the Light Force of God and all of the Healing Angels to perform the Pranic Healing^® session. This healing process can take approximately 30 minutes.

Step Three: Close Session With Gratitude

Once the healing is complete, we will offer thanks and gratitude to the Light and the Healing Angels.
